The affordable Canon EOS Kiss Digital X can now also be taken underwater as Sea&Sea have come up with underwater housing DX-400D for the camera.
The housing has been constructed with aluminum alloy and polycarbonate. All the necessary functions and controls of the DSLR are ergonomically placed and shutter release button is especially hyper-sensitive.
There is also leak sensor attached to the body so that in case of leak you can be notified. The housing measures 350 x 135 x 180 mm and weighs 2,700g. It is available for 231,000 Yen which comes around to $1,925.
