
After the much popular HD1 and HD1a series Sanyo launched their Xacti HD2 camcorder at CES.
It is a high definition camcorder coupled with 7.1-megapixel digital camera with 2.5-inch LCD display that has the boot time of just 1.7 seconds.
If you are using a single 8-GB SDHC card then it can record 3-hours of HD video and 8 hours of Standard definition video.
It has got digital image stabilization and it can record in lights as low as 12.5Lux which is far more superior to its predecessors. The MPEG-4 records HD video at 720P at 30fps.
This is slated for March release in USA with price being tagged at $700.
