This one is seriously not meant for the beginners. Vision research, the name associated with the making of special cameras for scientific and entertainment usage, has now dropped Phantom Miro 3 high-speed camera that has been designed to shoot 512×512 pixel monochrome images with up to 2200 frames per second. Amazingly, the shutter speed has been taken to 2 microseconds. Just note that if you opt for 32×32, you will be able to grab 95,000 frames per second. It comes loaded with an array of external control signals for triggering and camera synchronization along with the 1GB of RAM and 2GB internal flash memory. Don’t ask me the price. I have no idea but you know all this won’t come cheap.
