On first glance, this gadget would appear the coolest thing on earth. Perhaps, even a thing of the future!! However, if you’re a true gadget freak, you would be shell-shocked to find ‘the primitive’ meeting ‘the modern’ in a gross dysfunction of product design. The LV-2008 is a cellphone with a lens attachment module at the rear. However, the flip side is that the camera incorporated in the phone is just 1.3MP. So, all the hype amounts to nothing. Although no credit can be taken away from the Chinese manufacturer of this phone for the ingenious addition, the lack of logic is too conspicuous not to be noticed.
On the looks aspect, as discussed earlier, the phone is a design marvel. It oozes flair and finesse and if you put the camera gaffe aside, this phone would not disappoint. The camera has a 3x optical zoom nevertheless, perhaps as an attempt to compensate for the inadequate MP. A plastic flip-top serves as a scratch resistant and a frame with a steel finish adds to the aesthetic aspect of the phone.
The phone comes for a reasonable price of $130. If this doesn’t convince you, nothing can!!
