The world’s first consumer camcorder, featuring both DVD drive and hard drive, has done the debut. Though the ludicrously labeled Hitachi DZ-H303 Wooo offers a healthy package of features, it surely can’t compete the recently launched high definition HV10 camcorder from Canon.
It offers six hours recording to an 8GB Microdrive with its 3.3Mpix camera featuring 10x optical zoom. Weighing 560 grams, the DZ-H303 presents a perfect combination of DVD and Hard Drive as you can easily transfer the video from Hard Drive to DVD.
The Hybrid Hitachi DZ-H303 is going to cost you ¥130,000 ($1,130).
