The JVC have just taken the optical zoom for a ride with there latest offering GR-D750 camcorder having a 34x optical zoom. How you use it and on what you use it is your headache but that’s not all that is inside this camera, it also has regular camcorder features like 2.7-inch LCD display and records the movies on a miniDV in the 16:9 and 4:3 format.
The camcorder will be available in Japan form the mid-January next year and is estimated to be priced at ¥50,000 which comes around to $425.
