Fujifilm made a debut with FinePix S3 Pro UVIR camera that is claimed to be the world’s first production DSLR camera that could shoot in ultraviolet and infrared light scale. Aimed especially at law enforcement agencies, the FinePix S3 Pro could be of great use in medical field.



With FinePix S3 Pro UVIR, the law enforcement personals can fetch more accurate and efficient evidences from different things like gun shot residue and blood spots. The forensic photographers would be at ease with the live CCD previewing capability of the FinePix S3 Pro UVIR.



Other salient features include Fujifilm’s double photodiode, Super CCD SR II image sensor for a vibrant range and HyperUtility Processing Software to carry out image comparisons along with metadata analysis.



The FinePix S3 Pro UVIR would be available through select dealers in US in the month of September for a price of $1,799.95.
