Yet another battery warning but this time in digicams arena.
Canon is cautioning owners of the A530 and A540 PowerShot cameras that battery cover might overheat. With this there will also be dip in performance which will result in lot less pictures.
Canon has a list of serial numbers on their web site which will help you identify if your camera is affected one or not and one more thing like before as done by other goof-ups Canon will replace the batteries for free.
