Hyundai Telematics has announced to introduce their latest DMB navigation device ‘T10′ in Korean market that features a digital camera and KBS TPEG service in real time. This latest device sports ‘SK Rousen 1.5 version map’ software, the T10 adopted Samsung’s 7-inch 16700000-color TFT-LCD, touch sensor button on the front frame and 2640mAh built-in lithium polymer battery. This smart and sleek device also enfolds FM transmitter, PIP(Picture in Picture) functionality, dual speaker, rear side camera port and remote control as well as a variety of multi-media functionality including T-DMB, movie, mp3 player, and image viewer. Canon flaunts HR10 HD camcorder
To combat market trends in its segment Canon has introduced HR10 HD camcorder that claims to offer superior autofocus performance. This HR10 camcorder offers nine-point autofocus feature and to provide advanced autofocus performance it’s Instant AF system uses a mixture of through-the-lens technology and an external sensor. This compact device comes equipped with a not-so-good 3.1 MP CMOS sensor with an optically stabilized 10X zoom lens. The best feature in the device is its ability to record AVCHD(Advanced Video Codec High Definition) video to 3-inch DVDs, but for stills you will have to rely on the MiniSD card. It also provides 135-degree viewing angle and uses Canon’s DIGIC DV II HD image processor to advance color reproduction and noise reduction. The device also touts built-in flash, a video light, 2.7-inch LCD and can also be easily connected directly to the latest High Definition TVs by using a single cable on all-digital HDMI interface to playback HD video on HDTVs. Canon’s HR10 HD camcorder will strike the market in August 2007; still I don’t see many buyers opting for this camcorder as it bears a pretty heavy price tag of $1,199. The company’s newest camcorder ‘DZ-HS300A’ features a 25x optical zoom lens and 2.7-inch 16:9 widescreen LCD. It has an built-in 8GB hard drive that can store up to 3 hours of video recording in the best quality mode and can be easily copied to a DVD at a 1.5x speed with just a click of a button and thus eliminating the need of a PC. This sleek camcorder has an extra sensory drop-proofing protection system. Its best feature is that it takes just 1 second to start from standby and thus allows nothing to escape from it. HP to unveil its Photosmart Digital Camera Range in August
HP has unveiled its sleek range of digital cameras, the Photosmart M742, R847, and R937. These beauties are stacked with features and will hit the markets pretty soon. The HP Photosmart M742 is a super-slim camera. At 0.95mm in thickness, this 7 Megapixel camera with 3x optical zoom incorporates a 2.5-inch LCD display, 16MB memory and an SD expansion slot. The camera is slated for a release in August and is expected to be priced at $180. Thicker than the M742 at 1.06 inch is the HP Photosmart R847. It features a 8 Megapixel image sensor, 3x optical zoom and a wide angle lens. It also includes a 32MB internal memory and an SD card slot. The camera is expected to be out in August with a price tag of $230. To make up for the lack in style in the other two camers, HP is launching the Photosmart R937. Sleek and stylish, the R937 has an 8 Megaixel camera with 3x optical zoom, a wide angle lens and large 3.6-inch LCD touchscreen. To add to these features is an anti-shake, 32MB built-in memory and an SD card slot. Like the M742, the R937 is 1.06-inch thick. And like its brethren, this camera will be unveiled in August and will carry a price tag of $300

For all those enthusiasts who love to shoot the movements, Panasonic has announced a new powerful image sensor that is resistant to weather, heat and UV deterioration. This lightfast image sensor for the next generation features digital-microlenses and photonic color filters, which are innately fade-resistant and tough. With BenQ, you can be sure about one thing – there is always going to be a new feature.
